LetMC.com or The Lettings Management Centre was founded in 2004 by Wyn Griffiths and Glyn Trott. After running the successful Pinnacle Lettings agency in Cardiff for 7 years, Wyn and Glyn started looking for Lettings Software. Unable to find anything that suited their needs they commissioned a local IT company to build one for them. When several local agents started asking to use the same system, Glyn and Wyn decided to adapt it for the open market and LetMC was born. 9 years down the line, Glyn and Wyn are still heavily involved in both LetMC and Pinnacle, and actively share their knowledge and experience with other agents. Spearheaded by Glyn and Wyn, LetMC is continually adapting and adding new functionality to help agents not only improve efficiency in their processes but gain an edge over their competition.

As owners of Pinnacle Letting Agents, a 3 branch network in South Wales, letting properties is core to our culture as a software and outsourcing company.
We listen and consult the lettings industry on the problems it faces, we share these challenges with our own letting agency (biggest problem is getting new landlords). This ongoing 'living the problem' faced by agents has shaped LetMC's point of difference.
LetMC is not just software but a 'method of lettings', a model of structuring a business to gain bottom line benefit through fewer staff, higher profits, and goes beyond this with an ongoing focus on developing competitive and disruptive ways of doing lettings.

LetMC is an Investors in People recognised company, winning Investor of the Year in 2002, and receiving Leadership and Management recognition in 2007. LetMC was named the ‘best estate and letting agent management solution for 2011’ at the PPS Awards (Property Professional Show awards). The judging of the category took place in a ‘Dragons Den’ style pitch where the different candidates were given five minutes to present to a selection of dragons, who were all knowledgeable in estates, lettings and management software.
We have 335 companies using LetMC, which varies from small independents to large multi branch agencies and franchise networks. This scales up to 547 physical branches with 2449 users, accessing one cloud computing letting software system.
To date, LetMC has accounted for £2.9 billon of rent, signed over 246,073 tenancies with 438,599 tenants for 128,226 landlords, by 2449 letting agents all accessing just one software system.
